| Tracy Hines will graduate from Benicia High School with
a 4.35 GPA. Tracy earned High School All American honors in swimming
while making the National Honor Roll and taking recognition for Excellence
in Economics and Scholastic All American. He is a National Merit
Scholar Award finalist and was a finalist for The Vallejo Times Herald
Athlete of Year Award. Tracy will attend UC Berkeley in the Fall.
